As the Philippines still recovers from typhoon Ondoy’s devastation, here comes Pepeng who is said to be a possible Super Typhoon once it strengthen within the next few hours.
When I board German Espiritu bus across MERALCO Balagtas branch at about 4:00pm, I thought my fare will only take about 2 hours to Bicutan, completely ignoring that it’s Friday. I completely understood the worries of so many, anxiously hoping to immediate board the next train that arrives given the government’s warning of Pepeng’s possible worse effects.
